Return of defective products

If the product that has been sent to you is defective, you can contact us through it communication form and report to our partners the problem that occurred and they are always at your disposal to serve you. The return is made within the time period defined in article 4 par. 10 of law 2251/1994 with the following procedure: it must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by written notification via electronic mail to the email [email protected] of his request to the Company and to be completed within 7 days of the approval for the shipment of the returned products, i.e. a total of fourteen (14) days. The company will not accept back non-defective products that are not in their original form. The charge for returning the defective product is borne by our company.

The product must be in its original condition received by the customer, undamaged, sealed and bearing the necessary supplier/manufacturer labels. All products that have been opened or damaged or their packaging is damaged or the gelatin/plastic wrap has been removed will not be accepted. In this case, the parcel will be returned to the sender at his own charge for shipping costs. During the sale period there are no product returns – only exchanges.

Refund Policy

In case you want a refund, you must send us your package within 14 days from the date of receipt. For defective products or products that were different from your order, a free return will be made and a refund of the value of the products and shipping will be received (unless it was an order with free shipping). In any case, you will be refunded the full value of the products you returned. The total amount of the refund will be credited to your account within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request. The cost of returning the products is borne exclusively by the customer. Returns are made through the Courier Center company. If the return is made to an account of the same bank (Piraeus) then the money is credited at the same time, without any additional charge. If the return is made by another bank, then the costs are shared and there is a charge of 2-4 euros on both sides, for which our company is not responsible.

Return or exchange of a product that is not due to our fault is done at the expense of the customer and only on the condition that the product is in excellent condition, intact in its original packaging and within 14 days from the day of purchase. In this case, shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer. In the event that you wish to exchange the respective product with another one, the return costs as well as the costs of the new shipment are borne by the customer.

Return Form

In order for your return to be accepted, you must have previously completed the product return form, which you will find on the page of your orders by selecting "Return" in the order of the respective products. Alternatively you can download and fill out "Product Return Form"  and send it with the product. In this form you should note your order code, as well as whether you wish to change or refund. In the case of a refund, you will need to send us an IBAN number along with the Bank & Beneficiary Name.
